Merchant Card Delivery. Merchant Cards are sent via regular mail. Please note that Merchant Cards cannot be mailed to a Post Office Box or to addresses outside Canada. Merchants are not liable for delivery of any Merchant Cards promised, earned, purchased or otherwise offered through the Program and you assume full responsibility to alert the ATB My Rewards Service Center should you not have received your Merchant Card(s) within 21 days of ordering. Once delivery is accepted (including signature-driven deliveries where required), please be sure to verify and validate quantities and denominations received for accuracy. Upon receipt, if your package appears to have been tampered with, or should there be any discrepancies, immediately contact the ATB My Rewards Service Center to report any suspected tampering and/or review your order and flag any such discrepancies. Should this be the case, do not distribute or use any of the Merchant Cards received, as these will be required in full for further validation. Should use or distribution occur, no further follow up can be done and you will become solely liable for Merchant Cards received.

If you have not received your Merchant Card(s) within 21 days of your order date, you must tell us by calling the ATB My Rewards Service Center. Once delivery is accepted (including signature-driven deliveries where required), please be sure to verify and validate that your order is accurate. Upon receipt, if your package appears to have been tampered with, or if anything is wrong about the number or denomination of the Merchant Card(s) that you ordered, do not use any of the Merchant Cards received or give them to anyone else, and immediately contact the ATB My Rewards Service Center to tell us. If you do use or distribute the Merchant Cards, there will be nothing that we can do and you will be responsible for those Merchant Cards.

  • Debit Card You may use your debit card to purchase goods and services any place your debit card is honored by participating merchants. You agree that you will not use your debit card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state or local law. Funds to cover your debit card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the credit union will pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in automated teller machines of the Credit Union, CO-OP Network, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your debit card to: • Make deposits to your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings and accounts. • Transfer funds from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Obtain balance information for your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Access your Transfer Line of Credit or other line of credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Pay bills directly by telephone from your checking or savings account in the amounts and on the days you request The following limitations on the frequency and amount of debit card transactions may apply: • There may be a limit on the number of debit card purchases you make per day. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. You may not transfer more than the available balance. • See the Section called “Transfer Limitations” for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. • There are daily withdrawal and purchase limits. You will be notified of these limits by the credit union before you receive your access card.

  • ATM Card If approved, you may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in automated teller machines (ATMs) of the Credit Union, Instant Cash, and Cirrus® networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. For ATM transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for ATM overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. At the present time, you may use your card to: - Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings and checking accounts. - Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at POS terminals that carry Instant Cash, and Cirrus® network logo(s). - Access your Overdraft Protection account. The following limitations on ATM Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. Because of the servicing schedule and processing time required in ATM operations, there may be a delay between the time a deposit (either cash or check) is made and when it will be available for withdrawal.

  • Lost Card Notification If you believe the Card has been lost or stolen, you will immediately call the Credit Union at 000-000-0000 or 000-000-0000.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.
