Merit Evaluation of Eligible Unit. Members Each eligible unit member shall be evaluated in accordance with the following schedule in Table II and as stipulated in the Salary Article of this agreement. Non-tenured unit members who are eligible for merit evaluation under the terms specified in this Agreement, also must be evaluated for merit according to the schedule indicated in Table II.   • Determination of Eligibility The Plan Administrator shall determine the eligibility of each Employee for participation in the Plan based upon information provided by the Employer. Such determination shall be conclusive and binding on all individuals except as otherwise provided herein or by operation of law.
