Metering and Dispatch Capabilities. (a) The Supplier shall have a Metering Plan approved by the Buyer and shall deliver a copy to the Buyer for its approval no later than ninety (90) days prior to the earlier of the Milestone Date for Commercial Operation and the anticipated Commercial Operation Date. The Buyer shall review the Metering Plan submitted by the Supplier and either approve the Metering Plan or provide the Supplier with its comments within forty-five (45) days after receipt. The Buyer shall, when considering whether to approve the Metering Plan, have regard to those Electricity matters in the Metering Plan that have received System Operator approval. If, within fifteen (15) days after the Buyer has delivered its comments on the Metering Plan to the Supplier, the Parties are not able to agree on the final terms of the Metering Plan, the Parties shall submit the matter for determination by an Independent Engineer agreed upon by the Parties, acting reasonably, whose determination on the terms of the Metering Plan shall be final and binding on the Parties (and from whose determination there shall be no recourse to the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement).‌ Draft

Metering and Dispatch Capabilities. (a) The Supplier covenants and agrees to provide, at its expense, separate meters and ancillary metering and monitoring equipment for the Facility as required by the IESO Market Rules. The Supplier agrees to allow the Buyer to have viewing access rights only to the revenue-quality interval meter data of the Facility to calculate the output of Electricity from the Facility net of any Station Service Loads and inclusive for any loss adjustment factors by establishing an Associated Relationship between the Buyer and the Delivery Point of the Facility within the MVPortlet application tool (or the equivalent thereof), at no cost to the Buyer.

Metering and Dispatch Capabilities. (a) The Supplier shall have a Metering Plan approved by the Sponsor and shall deliver a copy in the Prescribed Form to the Sponsor for its approval no later than 90 days prior to the Milestone Date for Commercial Operation. The Sponsor shall review the Metering Plan submitted by the Supplier and either approve the Metering Plan or provide the Supplier with its comments within 45 days after receipt. The Sponsor shall, when considering whether to approve the Metering Plan, have regard to those Electricity matters in the Metering Plan that have received System Operator or LDC approval, as applicable. If, within 15 days after the Sponsor has delivered its comments on the Metering Plan to the Supplier, the Parties are not able to agree on the final terms of the Metering Plan, the Parties shall submit the matter for determination by an Independent Engineer agreed upon by the Parties, acting reasonably, whose determination on the terms of the Metering Plan shall be final and binding on the Parties (and from whose determination there shall be no recourse to the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement). The Metering Plan shall be updated promptly, and, in any event, within ten (10) Business Days after any change to the metering installation occurs.

Related to Metering and Dispatch Capabilities

  • Dispatching CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and trained personnel to: • Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the service hour schedules and scheduled trips for each day; • Assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on-time, providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed; • Monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner; and, • Ensure that unanticipated service demands, passenger and vehicle accidents, other events and general service delivery are handled and performed in accordance with OoA policies and procedures. Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.

  • METERING AND BILLING Metering requirements and billing procedures shall be set forth in the AEC rate schedule(s) applicable to the electric service account assigned to the location where the Generating Facility is connected.

  • Access and Disconnection 4.1 Distribution Licensee shall have access to metering equipment and disconnecting means of the Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic System, both automatic and manual, at all times.

  • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

  • Cost Responsibility for Interconnection Facilities and Distribution Upgrades 4.1 Interconnection Facilities 4.2 Distribution Upgrades

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Archival Back-Up and Disaster Recovery Licensee may use and copy the Product and related Documentation in connection with: i) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product for archival backup and disaster recovery procedures in the event of destruction or corruption of the Product or disasters or emergencies which require Licensee to restore backup(s) or to initiate disaster recovery procedures for its platform or operating systems; ii) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product and related Documentation for cold site storage. “Cold Site” storage shall be defined as a restorable back-up copy of the Product not to be installed until and after the declaration by the Licensee of a disaster; iii) reproducing a back-up copy of the Product to run for a reasonable period of time in conjunction with a documented consolidation or transfer otherwise allowed herein. “Disaster Recovery” shall be defined as the installation and storage of Product in ready-to-execute, back-up computer systems prior to disaster or breakdown which is not used for active production or development.

  • Reduction and Disconnection NYISO or Transmission Owner may reduce Network Access Interconnection Service or disconnect the Large Generating Facility or the Developer Attachment Facilities, when such, reduction or disconnection is necessary under Good Utility Practice due to an Emergency State. These rights are separate and distinct from any right of Curtailment of NYISO pursuant to the NYISO OATT. When NYISO or Transmission Owner can schedule the reduction or disconnection in advance, NYISO or Transmission Owner shall notify Developer of the reasons, timing and expected duration of the reduction or disconnection. NYISO or Transmission Owner shall coordinate with the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the reduction or disconnection during periods of least impact to the Developer and the New York State Transmission System. Any reduction or disconnection shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state as soon as practicable consistent with Good Utility Practice.
