If your catering event is located more than 40 miles (one-way) from the Josh & John’s retail location at 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, a mileage surcharge of $2.00 per mile will be assessed and added to the cost of your catering event.

MILEAGE SURCHARGE. Company will charge Member a fee (the “ Mileage Surcharge”) for any miles traveled outside the Service Area, as set forth in the Guide. Fee may vary based on the Service Tea m and/or vehicle used.

If your catering event is located more than 60 miles (one-way) from the Taco Treat corpo- rate office location at 0000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, XX, a mileage surcharge of $50.00 per additional hour of travel time will be assessed and added to the cost of your catering event.
MILEAGE SURCHARGE. If Company makes a Service Visit to a Service Location outside the Service Area, Company will charge Member a per-mile fee (the “Mileage Surcharge”) for miles traveled by Company outside the Service Area. This fee may vary based on the Service Team and type of vehicle used by Company for the Service Visit (e.g., one service associate or two, truck vs. van). There is no Mileage Surcharge added to Service Visits made to Service Locations within Company’s Service Area.

If you catering event is located more than 30 miles (one-way) from the Mark’s Feed Store location, a mileage surcharge of $3.00 per mile will be assessed and added to the cost of your catering event.

  • Fuel Surcharge NO FUEL SURCHARGES allowed during the term of this contract or any of its extensions. The Successful Contract will not xxxx Xxxxxxx County for any fuel surcharges throughout the term of this contract and its extensions.

  • Mileage Any bargaining unit member required to use his/her vehicle on District business shall be reimbursed at the rate established by the District for all miles driven on behalf of the District. The mileage computation shall include mileage necessary to return to the employee’s normal job site after the completion of District business. This amount shall be payable in a separate warrant prepared for processing in accordance with procedures of the office of the County Superintendent of Schools.

  • Surcharge If, during the Term, any existing laws or regulations are changed or any new laws or regulations are enacted that require TLO to make substantial and unanticipated expenditures (whether capitalized or otherwise) with respect to the Terminal, TLO may, subject to the terms of this Section 11, impose a surcharge to increase the applicable service fee (“Surcharge”), to cover Customer’s pro rata share of the cost of complying with these laws or regulations, based upon the percentage of Customer’s use of the services or facilities impacted by such new laws or regulations.

Within 30 days after the end of each six-month period, Owner shall provide CAISO and the Responsible Utility with its determination of Field Capacity, including all information necessary to validate that determination. • A is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the curtailment of a Unit during a test of the Facility, a Unit or the steam field agreed to by CAISO and Owner. • B is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the retirement of a Unit or due to a Unit’s Availability remaining at zero after a period of ten Months during which the Unit’s Availability has been zero. • C is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability to zero for at least thirty (30) days or because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability for at least one hundred eighty (180) days to a level below the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the Force Majeure Event. • The amount of Energy that cannot be produced is the sum, for each Settlement Period during which the condition applicable to A, B or C above exists, of the difference between the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the condition and the Unit Availability Limit during the condition.

  • CONTRACT CHARGES The Contract Charges for the Services shall be structured using any of the following pricing mechanisms (as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in an SOW); Capped Time and Materials; Price per Story; Time and Materials; Fixed Price (to be used only for Services that are ancillary to software development services); or using such other pricing mechanism or combination of pricing mechanism thereof as may be agreed by the Parties. In consideration of the Supplier’s performance of its obligations under this Contract and in consideration of the specific services that are set out in an applicable SOW, the Customer shall pay the undisputed Contract Charges in accordance with the relevant SOW for the Release and the payment provisions set out at Clause 14 (Payment and VAT). The Customer shall, in addition to the Contract Charges and following delivery by the Supplier of an Invoice, pay the Supplier a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Services supplied in accordance with this Contract. If at any time during this Contract Period the Supplier reduces its framework Prices for any Services which are provided under the framework Agreement (whether or not such Services are offered in a catalogue (if any) which is provided under the framework Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the framework Agreement, the Supplier shall immediately reduce the Contract Charges for such Services under this Contract by the same amount. The Supplier shall in any event ensure that the Contract Charges are at all times compliant and consistent with the charging structure set out in framework Schedule 8 (Charging Structure) and do not exceed the prices set out therein.
