Military and War Leave. An employee who is a member of a Reserve Unit of the armed forces or National Guard Reserve shall be entitled to leave with pay for military training for a period of not more than 15 workdays annually with pay and without charge against leave. Employees of the College are covered by the Uniformed Services Employee and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), 38 USC §§ 4301 through 4333. This law helps to preserve rights to leave afforded by the FMLA. The College shall provide military administrative leave to eligible employees according to State law.
