MINIMUM CALL-IN. 11.01 Each employee shall receive one (1) day’s pay at their regular daily rate of pay for each shift in which route work is performed. 11.02 Any employee who is called in outside of their assigned working hours shall be paid the greater of time actually spent at work or one-half day’s pay.
