Common use of MINIMUM CALL-IN Clause in Contracts

MINIMUM CALL-IN. 13.01 No employee shall be called in to work or scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) day. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee will be paid the three (3) hours at the appropriate hourly rate of pay. 14.01 Any employee assigned to relieve another employee who works in a higher paid classification shall be paid at the same rate as the higher classified job is regularly paid at. 14.02 Any employee assigned to relieve an employee who works in a lower paid classification shall not have their wages reduced during said relieving.
