Minimum Call-Out Period Sample Clauses

Minimum Call-Out Period a. No assignment of a TTOC at a school shall be for less time than that of the morning session or the afternoon session of the school. b. A TTOC assigned to a school for a full day, or a part day as described in Article B.2.8.a, and not utilized, or utilized for only a portion of the time, shall be paid for the full day or part day as assigned.

  • Call-Out Pay An employee who has already left the premises of the Company after completion of his scheduled shift, and who is recalled for work, shall be paid double his regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on recall up to the starting time of his scheduled shift but, in any event, he shall be paid for not less than two (2) hours at double his regular straight time hourly rate.
