Minimum Daily Hours of Work. The minimum daily hours of work for all Employees under this Agreement shall be at least four (4) consecutive hours of work, inclusive of the rest periods and other work breaks but exclusive of the lunch periods prescribed by this Agreement, and this standard shall not be subject to any authorized variation under this Agreement. Accordingly, any Employee who reports for work, as scheduled, required or assigned, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the applicable pay rate(s).
