Apprenticeship Requirements The Contractor shall comply with Section 230.1(A), California Code of Regulations as required by the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Apprenticeship Standards by submitting DAS Form to the Joint Apprenticeship Committee of the craft or trade in the area of the site.
TERM OF APPRENTICESHIP The term of apprenticeship shall be as established by these apprenticeship standards in accordance with the schedule of work processes and related instruction as outlined in Appendices attached hereto.
Minimum Requirements Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement. Apprenticeship Training The enterprise agrees to work with the union to improve apprenticeship training and the number of apprentices in training.
Apprenticeship Program 62. The parties agree to meet to discuss the development of mutually agreeable apprenticeship programs. The specific provisions of the apprenticeship programs shall be subject to agreement between the City, the Civil Service Commission (where appropriate), and the Union.
