MINIMUM STAFFING LEVEL. It is acknowledged that the City of Burbank is in a period of budgetary constraint. Therefore, both parties have agreed to alter the daily filing procedures for FY 2009- 2010 as a temporary measure to assist the Fire Department in achieving the recommended savings.
MINIMUM STAFFING LEVEL. The Employer agrees to maintain staffing levels as described in MOU #11. This clause shall become null and void at the end of MOT Contract #6 (May 31, 2029) or, if an extension is achieved by the Employer May 31, 2034, as will MOU #11.
MINIMUM STAFFING LEVEL. The district shall maintain a minimum of 105 full-time bargaining unit positions during the term of this Agreement the District may employ part-time employees during the summer (May 15 - September 15), Christmas Break, Spring Break or during bonafide emergencies.
