Minimum Wage and Wage Escalators. Inside Seattle: In no event shall any wage classification be less than twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour above the then current applicable minimum wage. Each pay rate will be at least ten cents ($0.10) per hour higher than the previous rate in the progression schedule for all positions excluding Journeyperson and above. The minimum wage and subsequent ten cent ($0.10) escalators shall not exceed the Journeyperson rate. Outside Seattle: In no event shall any wage classification be less than fifty cents ($0.50) per hour above the then Washington State minimum wage. Each pay rate will be at least twenty cents ($0.20) per hour higher than the previous rate in the progression schedule for all positions excluding Journeyperson and above. The minimum wage and subsequent twenty cents ($0.20) escalators shall not exceed the Journeyperson rate. If during the term of this Agreement, the outside Seattle minimum wage surpasses the inside Seattle minimum wage, the escalators applicable to inside Seattle shall apply ($0.25 above minimum wage; $0.10 escalators).

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of IT work experience in data modeling, data analysis, relational DBMS design and support and relevant computing environments.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Personal Leave Written request for a personal leave of absence without pay will be considered on an individual basis by the Hospital. Such requests are to be submitted to the employee's immediate supervisor at least four (4) weeks in advance, unless not reasonably possible to give such notice, and a written reply will be given within fourteen (14) days except in cases of emergency in which case a reply will be given as soon as possible.
