Minimum Wage. The wages and compensation provided herein are, so far as known by contracting parties, in compliance with all state and federal acts and regulations applicable to members of the bargaining unit. Should any state or federal acts or regulations require the payment of a minimum wage to any employee covered by this Agreement greater than that provided in this Agreement, such rate shall be paid to those persons under this Agreement required to receive such minimum rate.
