If any writer under a week-to-week or term contract shall render services after the expiration of the guaranteed period of employment, then, for purposes only of prorating days worked in a partial workweek (i.e., less than six (6) days), at the end of such employment, the writer shall receive one-fifth (1/5) of the weekly rate for each day worked during such partial workweek, after the expiration of the guaranteed period. Company may employ a writer who has not been previously employed as a writer under any Guild MBA in television or theatrical motion pictures or radio dramatic or comedic programs on a week-to-week or term basis for a period not to exceed fourteen (14) consecutive weeks at seventy-five percent (75%) of the minimum weekly compensation as provided in this subparagraph 15.

  • Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.
