Theatrical Motion Pictures. On Theatrical Motion Pictures, the credit for all Assistants, Clerks and Trainees shall be at the Producer’s discretion.
Theatrical Motion Pictures. (a) The provisions of this Article 15 relate and apply only to theatrical motion pictures produced by Producer and subject to this Agreement or to the prior American Federation of Musicians Basic Theatrical Motion Picture Agreements of 1960, 1964, 1969, 1972, 1974, 1977, 1981, 1984, 1987, 1990, 1993, 1996 and 1999: (i) The principal photography of which commenced on or after January 31, 1960, and with respect to the release to free television of such motion pictures either during the term hereof or at any time thereafter; and (ii) In which there is music sound track containing recorded music made by “participating musicians,” (as such term is hereinafter defined), or scenes or shots containing pictures of participating musicians performing on musical instruments or conducting. (b) As to each such motion picture, the Producer will pay: (i) To the Administrator of the Film Musicians Secondary Markets Fund (previously known as the Theatrical and Television Motion Picture Special Payments Fund) (hereinafter the "Secondary Markets Fund") pursuant to the terms of this Article 15 and the Film Musicians Secondary Markets Fund Agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “A,” one and two-thirds percent (1⅔%) (hereinafter referred to as the “percentage payment”) of the Producer’s accountable receipts from the distribution of such motion picture on free television after February 16, 2002, computed as hereinafter provided and subject to the following conditions:
Theatrical Motion Pictures. Subject to changes in the allocation of pension, health and welfare and annuity contributions pursuant to Articles 9.A.(2) and (3) and 9.C.

Theatrical Motion Pictures. On Theatrical Motion Pictures all Assistants, clerks and trainees assigned for at least one-third (1/3) of principal photography shall receive credit for their job classification.
Theatrical Motion Pictures. When the Program's Declared Use is Theatrical, the Producer may pay one hundred thirty-five percent (135%) of the Performers’ Net Fees for unrestricted worldwide use in all media enumerated in C101 (Distribution Rights) (or one hundred thirty percent (130%) of the Performers' Net Fees for unrestricted worldwide use in all media enumerated in C101 (Distribution Rights), excluding New Media) for a period of four (4) years from the date of first use in a residual market. After the expiration of such four (4) year period, the Producer will pay five percent (5.0%) of “Distributors' Gross Revenue” (“DGR”), as that term is defined in C407, with respect to all media other than Theatrical, for which the Producer retains unrestricted worldwide Theatrical use for the period of the copyright of the Program.

Theatrical Motion Pictures. Subject to the terms herein, the Producer may acquire unrestricted worldwide rights in perpetuity for additional use beyond the use acquired under article DR16.01 with respect to Theatrical Motion Pictures only after payment in full of the following percentages of the applicable Director’s minimum rate no later than the due date specified. If not paid by the due date, then the applicable rate shall be increased by three percent (3%).
