Minutes of Meeting. Minutes of each meeting shall be prepared by the recording secretary. The recording secretary shall be provided by the Employer. The minutes will be signed by the joint chairpersons as promptly as possible after the close of the meeting. Each of the joint chairpersons shall receive a signed copy of the minutes within three (3) days following the meeting.
