Common use of Minutes of Meeting Clause in Contracts

Minutes of Meeting. Minutes of the meeting shall be prepared by the Employer within five (5) days of the meeting and subsequently signed by the joint chairpersons. The Union and the Employer shall each receive two (2) signed copies of the Minutes. The Employer will distribute approved minutes in the same manner as other minutes.
