Common use of Minutes of Meeting Clause in Contracts

Minutes of Meeting. Minutes of each meeting of the Committee shall be prepared and signed by the joint chairpersons as promptly as possible after the close of the meeting. The Union, the CUPE Representative and the Employer shall each receive two (2) signed copies of the minutes within ten (10) days following the meeting.
