– Missed Breaks. Employees may have to take their meal break(s) and/or rest break(s) at the work site or in the facility. Where Employees are not able to receive meal or rest breaks during the shift, the Employee will be paid or credited for the missed break(s) at applicable overtime rates. Where time off is chosen it shall be scheduled at a mutually agreed time.
