Mobile Crisis Services. (A) Mobile crisis services shall respond to crises anywhere in the community (e.g., homes or hospital emergency rooms) 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The services shall be provided by clinical staff members trained to provide emergency services and shall include clinical staff members with substance abuse expertise and, when available, a peer specialist. (B) Mobile crisis services shall be developed according to the following schedule: (1) By July 1, 2013, the State shall have mobile crisis services within 91 of 159 counties, with an average annual response time of 1 hour and 10 minutes or less. (2) By July 1, 2014, the State shall have mobile crisis services within 126 of 159 counties, with an average annual response time of 1 hour and 5 minutes or less. (3) By July 1, 2015, the State shall have mobile crisis services within all 159 of 159 counties, with an average annual response time of 1 hour or less.
Mobile Crisis Services. The effectiveness of Mobile Crisis Services in de-escalating a Crisis and diverting hospitalization or arrest is enhanced by team members competent in performing an assessment and delivering an effective course of intervention. These Services provide access to a multi- disciplinary support team and ready resources, such as access to urgent appointments, brief respite services, and the ability to provide brief follow-up care when indicated. County shall provide Mobile Crisis Services according to OAR 309- 019-0151 including, but not limited to:
Mobile Crisis Services. The effectiveness of Mobile Crisis Services in de-escalating a Crisis and diverting emergency room, hospitalization, child welfare involvement or arrest is enhanced by team members competent in performing an assessment and delivering an effective course of intervention. These Services provide access to a multi-disciplinary support team and ready resources, such as access to urgent appointments, brief respite services, and the ability to provide follow-up stabilization services when indicated. Services shall be trauma informed and culturally, linguistically and developmentally appropriate and are designed to meet each Individual’s need including Individuals with co-occurring intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and those with substance use disorders. County shall provide Mobile Crisis Services according to OAR 309-019-0150
Mobile Crisis Services. 1. By July 1, 2012 the State will make operational a sufficient number of mobile crisis teams such that a team responds to a person in crisis anywhere in the state within one hour. 2. By July 1, 2013 the State will train all state and local law enforcement personnel about the availability and purpose of the mobile crisis teams and on the protocol for calling on the team.
Mobile Crisis Services. The State will develop and implement a mobile crisis system, available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, composed of clinicians trained to provide behavioral health emergency services and crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. The mobile crisis teams will be able to offer services and supports via telephone and, whenever necessary, consistent with legitimate safety concerns, meet face-to face in an individual’s home or other community setting. Each mobile crisis team will have available to it at least four community crisis apartment beds. Mobile crisis teams will be implemented over the next four years in three regions within the State.
