Mobile Data Center. Tenant shall have the right during a disaster recovery and/or a demonstration or testing event to park fifteen (15) of its mobile recovery Units (the “Units”) in the parking area adjacent to the Building (the “Parking Lot”), subject to Tenant’s obtaining any required permits. In addition, Tenant shall continue to have the right, at any time during the term of this Lease, and at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, to install a new or replace the existing “hitching post” (substantially similar in configuration to that set forth on the diagram attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule “E” to connect the Units to the Demised Premises, at the location set forth on Schedule “A” attached hereto, subject to Tenant’s receipt of any necessary governmental approvals with respect to such site. Tenant may request that the hitching post and any underground conduit to connect such post to the Demised Premises (or portions thereof), be installed by Landlord, which Landlord is willing to do at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.

Mobile Data Center. Subject to Tenant’s obligation to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy and any other required permits, Tenant shall have the right during a disaster recovery and/or a demonstration or testing event to park fifteen (15) of its mobile recovery Units (the “Units”) in the parking area adjacent to the Building (the “Parking Lot”), which right is subject to the following conditions and requirements: 43.1 The Units, when used, are to be located on the Parking Lot in the area designated on Schedule “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof. Said location may be moved to another location in the Parking Lot mutually approved by Landlord and Tenant: (i) if required by Landlord, provided Landlord has a sound business reason for requiring the change in location, in which event Landlord shall pay for the costs of the relocation, or (ii) if required by law, in which event Tenant shall pay for the costs of the relocation. The Landlord hereby agrees to use its best efforts to accommodate Tenant’s temporary, increased parking needs during a disaster recovery situation, for a period not to exceed one hundred fifty (150) calendar days in any twelve (12) month period, by providing additional parking in the Parking Lot for the Building as well as in other parking lots adjacent to buildings owned by Landlord (or an affiliate or subsidiary thereof or of Xxxxx Development, L.L.C.), between the Building and the other building occupied by Tenant at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxx. 43.2 The Units may not be in the Parking Lot for more than five (5) consecutive days per visit for test purposes, and for no more than two (2) separate visits per twelve (12) month period for test purposes. The foregoing time limitations shall not be applicable to disaster events necessitating the use of the Units. 43.3 Tenant shall give Landlord at least five (5) days prior written notice of the dates it intends to locate the Units in the Parking Lot for test purposes. In disaster recovery situations, Tenant will use its best efforts to provide Landlord with as much prior notice as is reasonably possible. 43.4 Tenant shall have the right, at any time during the term of this Lease, and at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, to install a “hitching post” (substantially similar in configuration to that set forth on the diagram attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule “I” to connect the Units to the Demised Premises, at the location set forth on Schedule “A” attached hereto, subject to Tenant’...
Mobile Data Center. Delivery of a properly equipped vehicle housing the Replacement Recovery System to a destination in the continental United States requested by Customer, within forty-eight (48) hours after SunGard receives the Disaster declaration notice.
Mobile Data Center. Tenant shall have the right during a disaster recovery and/or demonstration or testing event to park its Mobile Data Center vehicles at a mutually agreed upon location on the Land. Tenant shall have the right to install a "hitching post" on the Land to connect the Mobile Data Center to the Premises.
