Information for the Union. The Employer shall provide the Union with the following information, on a monthly basis, in an electronic format that is mutually agreed to by the parties:
Information for the Union. When the Corporation fills a vacant position, it shall provide to the local office of the Union information related to the vacant position. The information shall include the post office where the vacancy occurred, its classification and the name and seniority of the person who obtained the position, along with the list of eligible applicants who had applied for a vacant position in that post office and classification. On a monthly basis, lists of applications for each classification in a post office shall be forwarded to the local of the Union where the change is requested.

The Employer shall provide the Union, in electronic format, the same electronic spreadsheet provided to the PSAC under Article 4.01(c), by copying the Union on the Employer’s e-mails to PSAC. Other information may be added by mutual agreement of the Parties. The confidentiality of individual data shall be respected by the Union and shall not be shared with third parties.

(a) The parties agree that in order for the Union to effectively represent employees, it is necessary that the Employer provide the Union with certain personal information of employees of the bargaining unit. The Union undertakes to keep this information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of negotiation and administration of the collective agreement.
Information for the Union. By June 01 annually the Company shall provide a confidential current salary list to the Union President containing name, year of birth, salary‐range, salary and merit adjustment of each employee in the Bargaining Unit.
Information for the Union. (a) The parties agree that in order for the Union to effectively represent employees, it is necessary that the Employer provide the Union with certain personal information of employees of the bargaining unit. The Union undertakes to keep this information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of negotiation and administration of the collective agreement.
(b) The Employer shall provide the Union, upon the Union's written request, within thirty (30) calendar days of the signing of this memorandum and at the end of January each year or at such other intervals agreed upon by the Employer and the Union, with the following information in respect of those employees who are members of the bargaining unit:
(1) A listing of all classified employees showing their names, department/division/section, class level, working title, step, full-time equivalency, hourly pay rate, appointment type, hours of work code and overtime code;
(2) A listing of current casual employees with as much of the above info as possible plus their continuous service start date;
(3) A listing of current temporary employees with as much of the above info as possible plus their continuous service start date;
(4) A profile of age and service groupings for classified employees;
(5) A listing of red-circled employees showing current class and red-circled rate;
(6) Salary cost for UPSE bargaining unit- showing separate amounts for classified and unclassified divisions; and
(7) Employee name, home address and work address.
Information for the Union. The Company will supply the Chief Shop Xxxxxxx and the Local Representative with the following information upon reasonable request.
(a) Employees who acquired seniority;
(b) Employees transferred into or out of the bargaining unit;
(c) Employees on leave of absence beyond seven (7) calendar days;
(d) Employees on Workers’ Compensation; and the date of the occurrence;
(e) Employees on light duties, modified work or other accommodation;
(f) Employees on layoff;
(g) Employees who have been disciplined, suspended, discharged or who have quit;
(h) Any changes in Managers who deal with the Union;
(i) Names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses of each employee in the bargaining unit, dates of hire, classification, hourly rate, and any premiums.
(j) Any rules, policies, or procedures implemented by the Employer will be provided to the Chief Shop Xxxxxxx in hard copy written format on an ongoing basis.
Information for the Union. A list showing the number of hours worked and what assignments worked by part-time operators will be made available to the Union on a weekly basis. A seniority list for part-time operators will be made available to the Union on a monthly basis.
Information for the Union. The University shall provide the Union with a list of employees in the bargaining unit by November 1, March 1 and June 1. Such list shall include name, employee identification number, gender, Unit, Memorial University e-mail address, number of hours assigned weekly and total hours assigned, date of hire and ending date, hourly and total salary and shall identify whether the Graduate Assistant is an international student. Subject to availability, the University shall provide the mailing address and telephone number of each Graduate Assistant. The confidentiality of personal information shall be protected by the Union and the information shall only be used for communication with bargaining members necessary for their representation and shall not be shared with any third party.
