FOR THE COMPANY FOR THE UNION. INTERPRETATIONS Where an employee works his regular weekly shift on a pure mileage basis, overtime commences after ten 0) hours. Where an employee works his regular weekly shift on a pure hourly basis, he will be on a hour work week. Overtime commences after eight (8) hours. Where an employee's regular work week is a mixture of miles and hours (i.e. alternate or random mixture of days by the hour and days by the miles) he will work by the eight hour day for the hourly day and by the mile on a ten hour day for the mileage day. Where an employee works by the hour for a portion of a day and by the mile for another portion of the same day, the hourly work for purposes of overtime shall be considered.
