Modifications and Cancellations. The Supplier hereby expressly accepts that JPM may, at any time, through written notice to the Supplier, cancel this Purchase Order. Any changes or cancellations of products and/or services shall be understood as accepted by the Supplier, except whenever the Supplier should submit his disagreement in writing to JPM within the following five
Modifications and Cancellations. These General Terms and Conditions may not be modified or terminated in whole or in part. The Seller may treat any attempted modification or termination by the Buyer as a cancellation of the entire Sales Agreement and recover from the Buyer all of its damages and losses without limitation whatsoever as per article 5 above. If the Buyer fails to comply with any of the terms of these General Terms and Conditions, the Seller shall have the right to cancel or terminate immediately any Sales Agreement while the obligations of the Buyer under such Sales Agreement will remain in whole or in such part at the Seller’s sole discretion; such a cancellation by the Seller will be treated as a cancellation by the Buyer and article 5 above will apply.

Renaissance has no obligation to accept, execute, modify, replace or cancel, all or any part of an Electronic Transaction that the Customer seeks to execute, amend or cancel through either the Order Routing Service or the Order Execution Service or otherwise. Without limitation of the foregoing, Renaissance has no responsibility for transmissions that are inaccurate or not received by it, and may execute any Electronic Transaction on the terms actually received by it. It shall, however, use its commercially reasonable efforts to carry out any instruction received by it through an Electronic Trading Service to cancel, modify or replace an order where reasonably practicable.

Any changes requested by Buyer for an existing Order, including but not limited to type of Goods ordered, quantity ordered, and/or delivery dates, must be agreed upon in writing by the Seller. If any changes are agreed upon by the Seller, but require an adjustment in the price charged to Buyer or the delivery dates, Seller will notify Buyer of such changes. Unless Buyer objects to the changes within five (5) business days after Seller notifies Buyer of such, Seller will implement the agreed upon changes with the adjusted price and delivery schedule. If Buyer objects to the adjusted price or delivery schedule, then the Order will not be changed. Orders cannot be cancelled after receipt of a Sales Confirmation. If Xxxxxx agrees in writing to a cancellation, Xxxxx shall reimburse Seller for any and all losses, damages or expenses it incurs, such as, but not limited to, any restocking fees or rework fees, scrap fees, processing costs or material expenses.

Modifications and Cancellations. Unless otherwise provided on the face thereof, each order or offer shall be deemed to be open for acceptance for a period of 30 days. With respect to all orders and offers (whether submitted in writing, sent by telecopy, entered by computer, or otherwise), no terms or conditions other than or in addition to those contained herein will be binding upon Seller unless specifically agreed to in writing signed by Seller: failure of Seller to object to any additional or inconsistent provisions contained in any purchase order or other communication from Distributor shall not be construed as a waiver of these terms and conditions nor an acceptance of any such provisions. Orders may not be cancelled or altered by Distributor except upon terms and conditions acceptable to Seller, as evidenced by Seller's written consent. In the event of such an approved cancellation by Distributor, Seller shall be entitled to payment of the full price, less the amount of any expenses saved by Seller by reason of the cancellation.
Modifications and Cancellations. Supplier hereby agrees that JPM may, at any time, upon written notice to Supplier, cancel or modify this Purchase Order. All changes or cancellations shall be deemed to be accepted by the Supplier unless Supplier notifies in writing its disagreement to JPM within 5 (five) business days after the date of receipt by the Supplier of the change notification. Any cancellation payments or reimbursements to JPM, as applicable, shall be mutually agreed by JPM and the Supplier based on the portion of work performed to the satisfaction of JPM as of the date of cancellation, the necessary expenses arising from the cancellation and the amounts previously paid by JPM.
Modifications and Cancellations. Unless otherwise noted, the regular period to modify or cancel a reservation is 60 days from the check-in date. Any modifications to reduce the number of guests, pet fees paid and/or dates after the 60 day period, may incur in additional charges or the forfeit of the money paid for the reservation. With cancellations made before the 60 day period, Guest will receive the entirety of the money paid as refund. Cancellations made between 60-30 days from the check in date, the Guest will be refunded the 50% of the nights paid, the deposit, cleaning fees and/or pet fees paid. Cancellations made between 30-0 days from the check in date, Guest will not receive any refunds to any moneys paid. Modifications to change dates or decrease the number of guests and/or pets is free up to 60 days before check-in date. Modifying the date of a stay, or decreasing the number of guests from 60-0 days before check-in will incur in a penalty fee of $250.00. Guest may add/increase guests to their reservation (up to 12 guests total), up until one (1) week from the check in date, given they pay any additional fees that apply before the 1 week deadline. Any modifications past this date, will incur a $250 penalty fee. Modifications requested the day of check-in, will incur in the Guest required to pay the extra guests and/or pet fees, at triple the cost. Said payment of the additional guests/pets, will be due immediately on the same day of check-in or Guest will not be permitted to complete check-in/or asked to vacate the premises, and treated as a violation as mentioned under “Occupancy”. Modification to dates will only apply if the new dates are available and a difference in rates may apply.
Modifications and Cancellations i. Must be submitted in writing via the Reservation Amendment Form on the CUPF website;
ii. Changes/ modifications may not be made to the permit(s) within 10 days of the event except as may be allowed in the terms of the FULA.
iii. Modifications will incur a $25.00 fee in addition to any additional charges for facility use, equipment, or staff.

Modifications and Cancellations. You may only modify or cancel an ORDER initiated via the SERVICES if such modification or cancellation occurs before your ORDER has been matched with another ORDER. Once your ORDER has been matched with another ORDER, you may not change, withdraw, or cancel your authorization for the EXCHANGE to complete such ORDER. If any ORDER has been partially matched, you may modify or cancel the unmatched portion of the ORDER unless and until the unmatched portion has been matched. You can only modify the ORDER if the new ORDER parameters are in compliance with the EXCHANGE's trading requirements. The EXCHANGE reserves the right to refuse any modification or cancellation request associated with a LIMIT ORDER after you have submitted such ORDER. You should control current order parameters and status after sending modification or cancellation requests. The MARKET ORDER cannot be changed or modified.
