MONITORING AND FEEDBACK. Continuous monitoring of the initiatives will be conducted, with regular feedback from students, faculty, and industry partners to ensure objectives are being met and improvements are made as needed. On September 4, 2022, a proposal was shared by CoCubes, which subsequently evolved into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between CoCubes and Global Engineering College, aimed at conducting placement assessments for engineering students. This agreement signifies a pivotal advancement in enhancing student employability through CoCubes’ acclaimed assessment platform. The assessments provided by CoCubes are meticulously designed to evaluate a comprehensive range of skills essential in the engineering sector, ensuring that students are well- prepared for the competitive job market. A key feature of this collaboration is the implementation of percentile-based assessments, which offer a detailed insight into a student's performance relative to their peers. This percentile ranking system is crucial in helping students get shortlisted for interviews with top-tier companies, providing a transparent and standardized measure of their competencies. By integrating these assessments into their placement preparation programs, Global Engineering College is empowering its students with a robust tool to gauge their readiness and enhance their chances of securing interviews with prestigious organizations. This MOA highlights the proactive efforts of both CoCubes and Global Engineering College to bridge the gap between academic training and industry requirements, fostering an environment where students can excel. The collaboration promises to yield significant benefits by not only improving placement outcomes but also instilling a sense of confidence and preparedness among students. Through this strategic partnership, CoCubes and Global Engineering College are setting a benchmark for innovative educational approaches that prioritize student success and alignment with industry standards. This agreement marks the beginning of a promising collaboration, anticipated to have a lasting impact on the professional trajectories of engineering graduates, thereby contributing to their career success and growth. 1 message Xxxxxx Xxxxx <xxxxxx.xxxxx0@xxx.xxx> To: Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx TPO Global <xxx.xxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx> Thu, Sep 04, 2022 at 1:12 PM Subject: Aon- Proposal For Partnership || CoCubes Program for 2025 Batch || Global Institute of Engineering and Management, Jabalpur- MP || Renewal Confirmat...
