Monthly Accrual Rates. Full-time members shall accrue vacation leave as follows: 0 through 60 months 13 work days annually 61 through 120 months 16 work days annually 121 months or more 21 work days annually Authorized Use: Department directors shall authorize use of accrued vacation leave as such time as will accommodate the operating needs of the work unit and, to the extent practical, accommodate the needs of the member. Members shall be entitled to the use of accrued vacation leave only upon the successful completion of their initial probationary period.

  • Accrual Rates All eligible employees shall accrue vacation pay according to the following rates:

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.

  • Interest Rates (a) Each Base Rate Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from the date such Loan is made until it becomes due, at a rate per annum equal to the Base Rate for such day. Such interest shall be payable for each Interest Period on the last day thereof. Any overdue principal of or interest on any Base Rate Loan shall bear interest, payable on demand, for each day until paid at a rate per annum equal to the sum of 2% plus the rate otherwise applicable to Base Rate Loans for such day.

  • Application of Salary Rates The Employer shall continue the current application of salary rates for the duration of this Agreement.
