Monthly Opt Out Allowance. (a) A full-time employee (current or new hire) enrolled in an alternate health insurance plan not provided by the City and who chooses to opt out of a City healthinsurance plan shall receive a monthly opt out allowance of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00), regardless of the coverage tier. Part-time employees (current or new hire) who would be eligible for City health insurance coverage and who enrolled in an alternate health insurance plan not provided by the City and who choose to opt out of a City health insurance plan shall receive a pro-rated allowance based on their FTE. Under the provisions of the Affordable Care Act, employees whose FTE is .75 or greater shall receive an opt- outamount equivalent to employees whose FTE is 1.0.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Expense Allowance The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.

  • CAR ALLOWANCE The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.
