Center Equipment definition

Center Equipment means all systems, equipment and fixtures incorporated in the Center used, useful, or necessary to operate the Center including all systems, equipment and fixtures incorporated in the Center, all utility systems serving the Center (other than those serving only a tenant’s leased premises), public art installations, media/signage equipment and security and surveillance items, but excluding any and all Tenant Equipment.
Center Equipment means all systems, equipment and fixtures incorporated in the Center used, useful, or necessary to operate the Center including, without limitation, all systems, equipment and fixtures incorporated in the Premises (excluding the Retail Usage Area), all utility systems serving the Premises up to the point of connection thereto, public art installations, and security and surveillance items, but excluding any and all Tenant/Subtenant Equipment.
Center Equipment means all buildings, equipment, furniture, and software installed and used at the Training Center.

Examples of Center Equipment in a sentence

  • Permittee agrees to use the Fitness Center Equipment for the purposes to which such equipment is intended and apparently designed to be used.

  • In the event Permittee is not fully informed as to the function and operation of all exercise equipment, machines, apparatus, furnishing, and fixtures (the “Fitness Center Equipment”) within the Fitness Center, Permittee shall be responsible for reviewing the equipment instruction brochures on file with Owner regarding the safe and appropriate use and operation of all Fitness Center Equipment prior to Permittee’s use of the Fitness Center.

  • Permittee shall promptly notify Manager of any defective exercise equipment, as well as any damage to any Fitness Center Equipment.

  • In the event Permittee requires additional explanation regarding the use of the Fitness Center Equipment, Permittee, with Landlord’s prior written consent and at Permittee’s sole cost and expense, may use a personal trainer who is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine or other similar association reasonably acceptable to Landlord to explain the safe and appropriate use and operation of all Fitness Center Equipment prior to Permittee’s use of the Fitness Center.

  • In the event Permittee requires additional explanation regarding the use of the Fitness Center Equipment, Permittee, with Owner’s prior written consent and at Permittee’s sole cost and expense, may use a personal trainer who is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine or other similar association reasonably acceptable to Owner to explain the safe and appropriate use and operation of all Fitness Center Equipment prior to Permittee’s use of the Fitness Center.

  • In connection with any actions that the Borrower may take under this Agreement in connection with any Refreshment Center, Equipment, Business Lease or the related Collected Funds, the Borrower is, and shall act as, an independent contractor and shall not have any authority to make any commitments, statements or representations, or incur any obligations, or behalf of the Lender, or to bind or commit the Lender in any manner, to make, alter, or execute any document or agreement on behalf of the Lender.

  • If MAS fails to turnover the Equipment in a timely manner, then AD or its designee may enter the MAS Office and remove the AD Call Center Equipment.

  • MAS shall surrender and turnover the AD Call Center Equipment within such thirty (30) day period.

  • The Definition of Data Center, Equipment, Network, Content, and Customer Account are governed by the EpiGrid Privacy and Acceptable Use Policy unless amended here in.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.
