MORNING TEA AND MEAL BREAKS. 26.7.1 Morning tea breaks for all employees for duration of no longer than 15 minutes will be taken at the location where the employee is working at the time. Where the location is not practically suitable due to safety or other serious concerns, an alternative nearby safe location may be used. An alternative location needs to be a short distance from the worksite to ensure the duration of the break is not excessive. i Salaried employees will be provided with coffee, tea, milk, sugar and biscuits by Council. ii Level two of the Administration Building will be retained for employee’s facilities.

Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis.
