Coverage Period The Section A (Retrospective) Coverage Period will be the period from and including January 1, 2002 to but not including the Effective Time.
Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.
AGREEMENT PERIOD The terms of this Agreement and the performance of the parties hereto shall commence, or be deemed to have commenced, the 1st day of January 2020 and will continue through the 31st day of December 2020, both dates inclusive, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for herein.
Protection Period The term “Protection Period” for purposes of this Agreement shall (subject to § 1.11(f)) mean the two (2) year period which begins on a Change in Control Date.
INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of such Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas. The Promoter shall endeavour that the committee responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Common Areas will be required to provide manpower for maintaining the Common Areas, wherever required, and to collect maintenance charges and also guest charges and the user charges for the utilities being provided on “pay by use” basis, if any. The maintenance and management of Common Areas by the committee will primarily include but not limited to maintenance of water works, common electrical installations, DG Sets, landscaping, driveways, parking areas, lobbies, lifts and staircases, AMC’s etc. It will also include safety and security of the Project such as fire detection and protection and management of general security control of the Project. The Rules/ Bye Laws to regulate the use and maintenance of the Common Areas shall during the interim maintenance period shall be framed by the Promoter with such restrictions as may be necessary for proper maintenance and all the Allottees are bound to follow the same. After the Common Areas of the Project are handed over to the Association, the Association may adopt the Rules and the Bye laws framed by the Promoter, with or without amendments, as may be deemed necessary by the Association.
Maintenance Period During the Maintenance Period the Developer shall at its own expense maintain repair and otherwise keep the Works in good working order and repair to the reasonable satisfaction of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx unless xxx Xxxxxxxxxx shall declare that any required maintenance and/or repair is an emergency in which case the Developer shall carry out the said maintenance and/or repair immediately
CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.

Employment Period; Remaining Unexpired Employment Period (a) The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be and remain in effect during the period of employment established under this Section 2 (“Employment Period”). The Employment Period shall be for an initial term of three (3) years beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the third anniversary date of this Agreement, plus such extensions, if any, as are provided pursuant to Section 2(b).
(b) Beginning on the date of this Agreement, the Employment Period shall automatically be extended for one (1) additional day each day, unless either the Company and the Bank, acting jointly, or the Executive elects not to extend the Agreement further by giving written notice to the other parties, in which case the Employment Period shall end on the third anniversary of the date on which such written notice is given. For all purposes of this Agreement, the term “Remaining Unexpired Employment Period” as of any date shall mean the period beginning on such date and ending on: (i) if a notice of non-extension has been given in accordance with this Section 2(b), the third anniversary of the date on which such notice is given; and (ii) in all other cases, the third anniversary of the date as of which the Remaining Unexpired Employment Period is being determined. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company and the Bank for any reason whatsoever, any daily extensions provided pursuant to this Section 2(b), if not therefore discontinued, shall automatically cease.
(c) Subject to Section 3, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to prohibit the Company or the Bank from terminating the Executive’s employment at any time during the Employment Period with or without notice for any reason; provided, however, that the relative rights and obligations of the Company, the Bank and the Executive in the event of any such termination shall be determined under this Agreement.
Period of Leave An employee shall be granted extended military leave for the initial period of enlistment, service, or tour of duty for a period not to exceed five (5) years. In addition, leave shall be granted for a period up to six (6) months from the date of release from duty if the employee requests such extension.
