Motorcycle Pay. a. An employee identified as a motorcycle rider in Category I or II who is assigned to motorcycle enforcement duty or to motorcycle instruction duty shall receive additional compensation of 4% of their base salary or no less than $175 per month in accordance with the provisions enumerated in HPM 10.3, Personnel Transactions Manual, Chapter 32.
