OUT. Upon move-out of Residents, Resident shall pay for defleaing, deodorizing, and/or steam cleaning to protect future Residents from possible health hazards, regardless of how long the pet occupied the premises. Such steam cleaning, defleaing, and/or deodorization may be arranged for by Management. An amount of seventy five dollars ($75.00) will be withheld from the Pet Deposit for this purpose.
OUT. Work traditionally or presently performed by employees covered by this Agreement shall not be contracted out unless the Corporation establishes that:
OUT. The Hospital shall not contract out work currently performed by members of this bargaining unit if, as a result of such contracting out, a layoff of any bargaining unit employees occurs. This clause will not apply in circumstances where the Hospital no longer provides particular services as a result of the rationalization or sharing of services between Hospitals in a particular geographic district, or as a result of the withdrawal of the Hospital's license to perform such services.
OUT. The Contractor shall be responsible for the true and proper setting out of the Works in relation to original points, lines and levels of reference given by the Engineer in writing and for the correctness of the position, levels, dimensions and alignment of all parts of the Works and for the provision of all necessary instruments, appliances and labor in connection therewith. If, at any time during the progress of the Works, any error shall appear or arise in the position, levels, dimensions or alignment of any part of the Works, the Contractor, on being required so to do by the Engineer, shall, at his own cost, rectify such error to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
OUT. The Hospital shall not contract out any work usually performed by members of the bargaining unit if , as a result of such contracting out, a layoff of any employees other than casual part-time employees results from such contracting out. Contracting out to an employer who is and who will employ the employees of the bargaining unit who would otherwise be laid off with terms and conditions of employment is not a breach of this provision.
OUT. No move-out will release you from your remaining obligations under this Lease. When you leave, whether on or prior to the Ending Date, the Premises, including the windows, bathrooms, patios, balconies, kitchen appliances and furniture in the Bedrooms and Common Areas, must be clean and in good repair and condition. You must remove all trash and debris. You must follow any move- out instructions provided to you by us. If you do not comply with this paragraph or if the Premises or any furniture or appliances have been damaged, you will be liable for the charges listed in the Resident Handbook or any move-out notice or such other reasonable charges to complete such cleaning, repair or replacement. You have the option to be present at a scheduled move-out inspection; if you are not, you agree to accept our assessment of damages and charges when we inspect. If you leave any of your property in the Premises after you leave or after the Ending Date, that property is deemed to be abandoned by you and we can take such action as we desire and charge you with costs incurred to keep, sell or dispose of such property without liability to us. All keys must be returned to us on the date of your move-out. If all keys are not returned to us, you must pay all costs to re-key the Premises.
OUT. When you move out, you’ll pay for defleaing, deodorizing, and shampooing to protect future residents from possible health hazards, regardless of how long the animal was there. We—not you—will arrange for these services.
OUT. After Residents vacate the Premises, they shall reimburse Owner for the cost of de-fleaing, deodorizing, and shampooing necessary to protect future residents from possible health hazards.
OUT. Employees will be paid at the overtime rate when called out to perform work outside their normal working hours.
OUT. The Board agrees that work normally performed by employees within the bargaining unit or similar work which it has been past practice to have performed by members of the bargaining unit, shall continue to be performed by employees within the bargaining unit, provided that this Article shall not deprive the Board of the right to contract out work beyond the scope of the existing staff to perform expediently at the time, at the discretion of the Superintendent of School Services.
