Moving and Relocation Expense. In connection with the necessary relocation of the Superintendent to the District, the District shall reimburse the Superintendent for necessary and reasonable expenses incurred in moving and relocating at actual cost. The Superintendent shall document all moving and relocation expenses with receipts, cancelled checks or credit card statements, and the District shall reimburse the Superintendent for all such documented expenses within thirty (30) days of the District's receipt of such documented expenses.

Moving and Relocation Expense. Whenever an employee is reasonably required by the State's actions or directives, as described in DPA Rule 599.714.1(b) to change his/her place of residence, the State shall reimburse the employee for approved items in accordance with the lodging, meal and incidental rates and time frames established in section 12.1 and in accordance with the requirement, time frames and administrative rules and regulations of reimbursement of relocation expenses that apply to excluded employees.
Moving and Relocation Expense. E ENERGY agrees to pay Employee a one-time moving and relocation reimbursement in the amount of $30,000 to be paid at the time Employee’s permanent residence is relocated to the Adams, Nebraska area.

  • Business Expense Reimbursements During the Term, the Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for Executive’s reasonable and necessary business expenses in accordance with the Company’s then-prevailing policies and procedures for expense reimbursement (which shall include appropriate itemization and substantiation of expenses incurred).
