Moving and Relocation Expenses. Whenever an employee is reasonably required by the State to change his/her place of residence, the State shall reimburse the employee for approved items in accordance with the lodging, meal, and incidental rates and time frames established in Section 12.1, and in accordance with existing requirements, time frames and administrative rules and regulations for reimbursement of relocation expenses that apply to excluded employees.
Moving and Relocation Expenses. In addition to the salary and benefits set forth in this Section 4, the Company and Tango shall provide to Employee the following benefits in connection with his moving and relocating to Wisconsin:
(i) Employee agrees to use reasonable efforts to sell his residence located at 1345 Xx. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Kansas (the "Residence") prior to the date he relocates to Wisconsin, which relocation shall occur no later than the first anniversary of the date hereof. The Company and Tango agree to reimburse Employee for his reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with his efforts to sell the Residence, including, but not limited to, real estate broker's commissions. If Employee is unable to sell the Residence prior to the date he relocates to Wisconsin then the Company or Tango shall purchase the Residence for a purchase price determined as follows: each of Employee and the Company or Tango shall obtain an appraisal of the value of the Residence from licensed real estate appraisers selected by each of them; if such appraisals do not vary by more than $10,000, the purchase price to be paid shall be the average of the two appraisals; if such appraisals vary by more than $10,000, then the two appraisers shall jointly appoint a third appraiser, whose appraisal shall be final and binding on the Company, Tango and Employee. The Company and Tango shall bear the cost of the appraisals and all other costs and expenses related to such purchase and sale of the Residence from Employee.
(ii) until such time as Employee shall have completely relocated to Wisconsin, the Company and Tango shall (A) provide Employee a two (2) bedroom furnished apartment (at a monthly rental rate not to exceed $1,500), and (B) reimburse Employee for all reasonable costs and expenses in commuting from Wichita, Kansas to Brookfield, Wisconsin.
(iii) the Company and Tango shall pay on behalf of Employee or reimburse Employee, at Employee's option, for the actual costs paid to third parties relating to Employee's relocation from Kansas to Wisconsin, including, but not limited to, (a) reasonable moving company expenses and insurance, and (b) reasonable travel expenses for Employee and his spouse from Kansas to Wisconsin in order to enable Employee and his spouse to locate a suitable residence in Wisconsin.
Moving and Relocation Expenses. Whenever a Unit 5 employee is reasonably required by the State to change his or her place of residence, the State shall reimburse the employee for approved items in accordance with the lodging, meal and incidental rates established in a.(1) and a.(3) above, and in accordance with the existing requirements, time frames and administrative rules and regulations for reimbursement of relocation expenses that apply to excluded employees.
Moving and Relocation Expenses. It is expected that Executive shall reside permanently in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area during the Employment Period. Employer will pay on Executive’s behalf relocation expenses as set forth below (“Relocation Expenses”), subject to Employer’s customary payroll practices and legal requirements regarding withholding, provided that Relocation Expenses are incurred during Executive’s employment with the Company and within one year of the Effective Date. The Company shall also provide Executive with a tax gross-up for applicable federal, state and local taxes paid by Executive in connection with the reimbursement provided under this Section 3(e)(v) and the tax gross-up payment itself (the “Relocation Gross-Up”). The Relocation Gross-Up shall be paid no later than March 15th of the year following the year in which the related Relocation Expense was incurred. The Relocation Expenses shall include (A) new loan financing fees, (B) up to one “point” on a new mortgage loan, and (C) other costs associated with buying or selling a home. In addition, Relocation Expenses shall be provided for (A) reasonable expenses actually incurred by Executive to move personal effects from Nashville, Tennessee to the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area, (B) reasonable costs incurred for round trips by Executive or Executive’s spouse or both Executive and his spouse between Denver, Colorado and Nashville, Tennessee to search for a home and effectuate the relocation and (C) reimbursement for rent, electricity, gas and water expenses actually incurred by Executive for interim housing in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area for a period of up to six months commencing on the Effective Date (or until such earlier date as Executive is no longer incurring such interim housing expenses). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Relocation Expenses shall not include “loss on sale” protection for Executive’s current home. The Company’s total reimbursement obligation in respect of the Relocation Expenses and Relocation Gross-Up shall not exceed $175,000. Executive shall submit to the Company receipts and other applicable documentation evidencing the Relocation Expenses promptly and in all events no later than March 1st of the year following the year in which the Relocation Expenses were incurred, and the Company shall remit payment for such Relocation Expenses in accordance with its standard accounts payable practices, but in any event no later than March 15th of the calendar year following the ...
Moving and Relocation Expenses. It is expected that Executive shall reside permanently in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area during the Employment Period. Employer will pay on Executive’s behalf up to $95,000 of relocation expenses in accordance with the applicable Company relocation benefits policy in effect as of the Effective Date (which maximum amount includes all direct relocation costs as well as all ancillary payments, benefits and tax assistance) (“Relocation Expenses”). If Executive terminates her employment without Good Reason or is terminated by the Company for Cause within twenty-four (24) months of the Effective Date, Executive shall have an obligation to repay to the Company all or a portion of the Relocation Expenses pursuant to the terms of the “Relocation and Repayment Agreement” that Executive will be required to sign under the applicable Company relocation benefits policy.
Moving and Relocation Expenses. It is expected that Executive shall reside permanently in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area on or before the date which is six months from the Effective Date. Employer will pay on Executive’s behalf relocation expenses as set forth below (inclusive of the Relocation Gross-Up (as defined below)) (“Relocation Expenses”), subject to Employer’s customary payroll practices and legal requirements regarding withholding. The Company shall also provide Executive with a tax gross-up for applicable federal, state and local taxes paid by Executive in connection with the reimbursement provided under this Section 3(e)(v) and the tax gross-up payment itself (the “Relocation Gross-Up”). The Relocation Gross-Up shall be paid no later than April 15th of the year following the year to which such taxable income relates. The Relocation Expenses shall include (i) any brokerage commissions incurred in the sale of Executive’s current home (up to 6% of the sales price of Executive’s current home), (ii) new loan financing fees, (iii) up to one “point on a new mortgage loan, and
Moving and Relocation Expenses. The Superintendent agrees to relocate and continuously reside within White County, Arkansas as a term and condition of employment by the Board. The Superintendent may submit paid receipts for moving and relocation expenses, including expenses incurred while searching for an appropriate dwelling, expenses for packing materials, movers, rental of moving vans or equipment, not to exceed $7,500.00.
Moving and Relocation Expenses. Xx. Xxxx shall be reimbursed for his reasonable moving and relocation expenses under the University’s standard policies and procedures for transferring belongings from his and his spouse’s offices and residence to the Charlottesville, Virginia area.

Option 2 Unless prohibited by law, Employee agrees to establish residence within the corporate boundaries of the municipality, within [number] months of employment, and thereafter to maintain residence within the corporate boundaries of the municipality.
Option 3 Employee is not obligated to live within the corporate boundaries of the municipality, but is encouraged to do so. Should Employee move into the corporate boundaries of the municipality within the first year of employment, Employer shall reimburse Employee as set forth above.
Moving and Relocation Expenses. A. Employee agrees to establish residence within 5 miles of the City of Gothenburg corporate boundaries within 3 months of employment, and thereafter to maintain residence within 5 miles the City of Gothenburg corporate boundaries .
B. Employer shall pay directly for the expenses of moving Employee and his/her family and personal property to any new primary residence within 5 miles of the corporate boundaries of Gothenburg, NE. Said moving expenses include packing, moving, unpacking, and insurance charges. Employer shall pay directly for the expenses of moving Employee and his/her family and personal property from Lincoln, NE to Gothenburg, NE. Said moving expenses include packing, moving, unpacking, and insurance charges.
