Moving Time. Employees who have been transferred by the Employer shall be given two (2) paid days off at their regular rate for moving. Moving time will not be granted when the transfer is at the request of the individual, is the result of disciplinary action, or the initial move of the troopers upon graduation and assignment from the Academy.
