Multi-Factor Authentication. I understand that, at your discretion, I may be required to use at least two (2) forms of authentication when accessing my RHC Account and performing certain operations in my RHC Account. Forms of multi-factor authentication in addition to my Login Credentials may include verification tokens delivered through SMS or a specified and supported two- factor authentication (“2FA”) application. If I choose to install and use a 2FA application on a device, I understand that I do so at my own risk, including the risk that the operating system has been tampered with in any way. RHC reserves the right in RHC’s sole discretion to prohibit access from or by any device, including one on which the operating system has been or is suspected of having been modified or tampered with. I agree that you may provide my 2FA data to a third-party service provider in order to help authenticate me.
Multi-Factor Authentication. You acknowledge that, in addition to the use of an individual Username and Password, access to Online Banking includes a multi-factor authentication security procedure at log-in. This additional security procedure involves a credential that is in addition to Username and Password security (hereinafter "Enhanced Log-in Security"). Enhanced Log-In Security uses a second factor of identity authentication that may include, but is not limited to, additional log-in security features such as identification and verification of IP addresses, registration of your Computer and/or use of browser cookies, access filters and other authentication information. Enhanced Log-In Security will require you to establish and utilize, in addition to a Username and Password, your own individual authentication through a one-time passcode via SMS text or voice call as part of a multi-part credential. These access credentials are used by the Bank to authenticate you. Further authentication may occur automatically due to the detection of unusual source occurrences in relation to your access credentials. If your one-time passcode is entered incorrectly on five (5) consecutive access attempts, your access to Online Banking will be blocked.
Multi-Factor Authentication. Agency and each Agency Data User must use multi-factor authentication as directed by the City to access the System(s).

In order to make your online banking experience as secure as possible, we use multi-factor authentication that detects any uncharacteristic or unusual behavior involving your account. If anything out of the ordinary is detected, we will take steps to verify your identity. Approximately 30 days after your first login, you will be prompted to select and answer three (3) security questions. In the future, if we detect any unusual or uncharacteristic activity, we will ask you to answer two (2) of those questions. This will help ensure the transaction(s) was initiated by you. This will most likely be a very rare occurrence. Another security feature is the watermark. You will be asked to choose a Personal Identification Image. This image will appear on all Netteller pages.
Multi-Factor Authentication. In addition to using your username and password to confirm your identity, Mission Fed utilizes additional security measures to authenticate your identity. For your protection, when you login with a device we do not recognize; link an external account; or make changes to your user name, password, email address, or physical and mailing address, we will send a temporary identification code to a mobile device or email address belonging to you, or a joint member. Verification of the identification code is required prior to us acting on your instructions.
