Multicentrické publikování. If the Study is a multi-center study, Institution and Investigator agree that they shall not, without the Sponsor’s prior written consent, independently publish, present or otherwise disclose any results of or information pertaining to Institution’s and Investigator’s activities conducted under this Agreement until a multi-center publication is published; provided, however, that if a multi-center publication is not published within eighteen (18) months after completion of the Study and lock of the database at all research sites or any earlier termination or abandonment of the Study, Institution and Investigator shall have the right to publish and present the results of Institution’s and Investigator’s activities conducted under this Agreement, including Study Data, solely in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.3 “Confidentiality of Unpublished Data”. Je-li tato Studie multicentrickou studií, Zdravotnické zařízení a Zkoušející tímto souhlasí, že bez předchozího písemného souhlasu Zadavatele nebudou nezávisle publikovat, prezentovat či jakkoli jinak odhalovat, zveřejňovat, sdělovat či zpřístupňovat jakékoli výsledky nebo informace vztahující se k činnostem Zdravotnického zařízení a Zkoušejícího, jež jsou prováděny na základě této Smlouvy, a to až do doby, než dojde ke zveřejnění multicentrické publikace; to však za podmínky, že nedojde-li k multicentrickému zveřejnění nejpozději do osmnácti (18) měsíců od okamžiku dokončení Studie a uzavření databáze ve všech výzkumných centrech či k jakémukoli dřívějšímu ukončení platnosti či předčasnému ukončení Studie, Zdravotnické zařízení a Zkoušející budou oprávněni publikovat a prezentovat výsledky činnosti Zdravotnického zařízení a Zkoušejícího, jež je prováděna na základě této Smlouvy, a to včetně Studijních dat a údajů, výhradně v souladu s podmínkami stanovenými v odstavci 5.3 “
Multicentrické publikování. Pokud xx Xxxxxxxx hodnocení multicentrické, souhlasí Zdravotnické zařízení a Zkoušející s xxx, že bez předchozího písemného souhlasu Zadavatele nesmí nezávisle publikovat, prezentovat či jakýmkoli jiným způsobem sdělovat Výsledky Klinického hodnocení či jakékoli informace týkající se činnosti Zdravotnického zařízení/Zkoušejícího prováděné na základě této Smlouvy, a to až do zveřejnění multicentrické publikace. V případě, že Zadavatel koordinuje multicentrickou publikaci, řídí se uvedení jména Zkoušejícího či jiného zaměstnance Zdravotnického zařízení jako autora politikou zadavatele, požadavky vydavatele a obecně platnými zásadami pro uvádění autorství. Pokud nebude multicentrická publikace zveřejněna do osmnácti (18) měsíců po řádném či předčasném ukončení Klinického hodnocení a uzamčení databáze ve všech výzkumných centrech, xxxx Zdravotnické zařízení a Zkoušející právo publikovat a prezentovat Údaje z Klinického hodnocení získané jejich vlastní činností na základě této Smlouvy, a to výhradně v souladu s vědeckými normami a po splnění požadavků na schválení zamýšlené publikace dle ustanovení článku 9.1 a v souladu s ustanovením Článku 9.3 "Důvěrnost nepublikovaných údajů".

However, for the purposes of the publication of the primary analysis results of the Study, notwithstanding any language to the contrary in this Agreement, approval of such publication shall be made by the Steering Committee, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The Steering Committee and Sponsor recognize the importance of safeguarding the scientific integrity of any publication and support the exercise of academic freedom. 5.3
Multicentrické publikování. If the Study is a multi-center study, Provider and Investigator agree that they shall not, without the Sponsor’s prior written consent, independently publish, present or otherwise disclose any results of or information pertaining to Site’s own activities conducted under this Agreement until a multi-center publication is published. In the event the Sponsor coordinates the multi-center publication, the participation of the Investigator as a named author shall be determined in accordance with Sponsor’s policies, requirements of the publisher and generally accepted standards of authorship. If a multi-center publication is not published within eighteen (18) months after completion of the Study and lock of the database at all research sites or any earlier termination or abandonment of the Study, Provider and Investigator shall have the right to publish and present the Site Study results following from Site’s own activities conducted under this Agreement, including Study Data, solely consistent with scientific standards and the submission requirements as outlined in Section 5.1 and in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.3 “Confidentiality of Unpublished Data” .

Je-li tato Studie multicentrickou studií, Poskytovatel a Zkoušející tímto souhlasí, že bez předchozího souhlasu Zadavatele nebudou nezávisle publikovat, prezentovat či jakkoli jinak sdělovat žádné výsledky či informace vztahující se k činnostem Poskytovatele a Zkoušejícího prováděných na základě této Smlouvy, dokud nejdode ke zveřejnění multicentrické publikace.
