MUTUALITY OF OBLIGATION. The obligations and covenants of the Lessor, and the County's obligation to pay rent and other County obligations and covenants, arising under or related to this Lease, are interdependent. The County may, upon its issuance of and delivery to Lessor of a final decision asserting a claim against Xxxxxx, set off such claim, in whole or in part, as against any payment or payments then or thereafter due the Lessor under this Lease. No setoff pursuant to this clause shall constitute a breach by the County of this Lease.

MUTUALITY OF OBLIGATION. The Board and the Association will make every good faith effort to carry out the spirit as well as the letter of this agreement, subject to law. Both parties further agree to take no action that will demean the process or be contrary to the laws of the State of New Jersey pertaining to strikes or work stoppages by public employees.
MUTUALITY OF OBLIGATION. Section 1 - Agreement The Board and the Association will make every good faith effort to carryout the spirit/ as well as the letter of this Agreement/ subject to law. Both parties further agree to take no action that will demean the process or be contrary to the laws of the State of New York pertaining to work stoppages or strikes by public employees during the period of this Agreement.
Section 2 - Amending of Rules The Board herewith amends its rules and regulations to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
MUTUALITY OF OBLIGATION. 1. in the event that any provision of this agreement is, or shall at any time be, contrary to law, all other provisions of this agreement shall continue in effect.
2. All activities connected with this contract, including processing of grievances, shall be conducted during reasonable hours.
3. Present Administrative procedures regarding the presence of unauthorized personnel on school grounds will be maintained.

Both parties further agree to take no action that will demean the process or be contrary to the law s of the State of New York pertaining to work stoppages or strikes by public employees during the period of this Agreement.
Section 2 The Board herew ith amends its rules and regulations to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement. The Association agrees to develop methods of operation w hich will protect the integrity of the teaching profession and the member of the local Association.
Section 3 The assumption of the mutuality of obligation assures the School District of an agreeable relationship betw een the Board and the Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Guidance Counselor, Nurse, Occupational Therapist or School Psychologist of the Marathon Central School System.
