National Day of Mourning. (a) Each year on April 28, at a mutually agreed upon time, one minute of silence will be observed in memory of workers killed or injured on the job. (b) All CJHSC and JHSC Members shall be granted time to attend the National Day of Mourning ceremonies. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
