National Day of Mourning. Each year on April 28 at 11:00 a.m., 1 minute of silence may be observed in memory of workers killed or injured on the job. If their immediate work responsibilities permit, employees who are members of the Central JHSC or of a JHSC may attend the University’s National Day of Mourning ceremonies; employees will exercise reasonable judgment having regard for their teaching responsibilities.
