Nature of Membership. Membership does not confer or carry with it any interest in the property or assets of the Center, or any right on the part of Member to participate in the management or operations of the Center, financially or otherwise. Membership confers solely the non-exclusive right to use and enjoy the facilities of the Center in accordance with the Center’s rules and regulations (“Rules and Regulations”), which may be changed from time to time without prior notice by the Center and without the consent of Member.
Nature of Membership. The Member acknowledges that membership does not give the Member an equity or ownership interest in Hitters Tennis Club or the Facilities, nor does it give the Member a vested or prescriptive right or easement to use the Facilities. Member acknowledges that the interest acquired pursuant to this Agreement is only that of a revocable license to use the Facilities pursuant to the terms, covenants and conditions contained in this Agreement, the Rules and Regulations, and the Application. Members shall not be entitled to any revenues or profits relating to the ownership or operation of Hitters Tennis Club or the Facilities.
Nature of Membership. Membership of the Scheme is personal to the Member and not transferrable except that upon the death of a Member who was an individual, his or her membership may vest in the legal personal representative/s of the deceased Member, and / or the heirs of the deceased Member.

Nature of Membership. Your Membership permits you to use any Think 24Hr Fitness Gym and its Facilities across Australia. Yo u r Me mb ersh ip is n o t tra n s fe ra b le b y y o u u n le s s agreed by us at our discretion. We reserve the right to sell Memberships at different rates and terms than your Membership. Gym Privileges: Your Membership includes any additional privileges as stated in your Membership Information or granted by us from time to time, which privileges may depend on the length of your Membership.

Members shall not be subject to any liability for capital or operating assessments for the costs and expenses of owning or operating CSM or the Facilities, nor shall Members be entitled to any revenues or profits relating to the ownership or operation of CSM or the Facilities.
Nature of Membership. Membership grants the right to use and enjoy the facilities of the Club in accordance with Club Member Information Guide. A primary member is financially and legally responsible for the membership.

Nature of Membership. This Agreement grants a right to use and enjoy your designated VillaSport home club (“Home Club”) or, if purchased, multiple clubs (individually a “Club” and, if applicable, collectively the “Clubs”), including the Home Club, as more specifically set forth below, in accordance with the terms hereof and the Club Rules (such right of use as so restricted, the “Membership”). A more detailed description of the services, facilities, and hours of access to which Members are entitled can be found on VillaSport’s website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. This Membership may be ended in accordance with this Agreement and the Club Rules. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the Club Rules, the terms of this Agreement shall control. This Membership does not grant or carry with it any interest in any club, VillaSport, or their assets. This Membership does not give any right to any Members to participate in the management or operation of any club. This Agreement and this Membership may be revised or amended by VillaSport at any time, and you agree to be bound by any future revisions or amendments. No Member may assign or transfer this Agreement or his or her Membership rights. VillaSport may transfer or assign this Agreement and this Membership and/or the dues or fees payable under this Membership.
Nature of Membership. Your membership permits you to use BFFs premises, facilities, equipment and services as shown and limited by the membership identified on page 1. Your membership is non-transferable by you and gives you no rights in BFF, its management, property or operation. BFF may assign or transfer your membership in its sole discretion. BFF can sell memberships at different rates and terms than yours. Any special promotional membership or rate regarding privileges, usage, hours, or facilities is valid only at the club of enrollment, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to notify BFF of any change in your address or phone number.
