NCAA Rules. In accordance with NCAA rules, Coach shall obtain prior written approval from the University’s Chief Executive Officer for all athletically related income and benefits from sources outside the University and shall report the source and amount of all such income and benefits to the University’s Chief Executive Officer whenever reasonably requested, but in no event less than annually before the close of business on June 30th of each year or the last regular University work day preceding June 30th. The report shall be in a format reasonably satisfactory to University. In no event shall Coach accept or receive directly or indirectly any monies, benefits, or gratuities whatsoever from any person, association, corporation, University booster club, University alumni association, University foundation, or other benefactor, if the acceptance or receipt of the monies, benefits, or gratuities would violate applicable law or the policies, rules, and regulations of the University, the Board, the conference, or the NCAA.

NCAA Rules. User will comply with and be bound by all pertinent regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”), specifically including Regulation 12.1.1, related to amateur status and prohibited forms of remuneration, payment, services or other benefits for student-athletes; Regulation 12.5.1.8, related to promotion by third-party of highlight film, videotape or media guide; Regulation 12.5.2.2, related to the use of a student-athlete’s name or picture without permission; Regulations 12.5.3(a) and (b), related to student-athlete media activities; Regulations 13.10.1 and 13.10.3, related to prohibited media presence or activities involving prospective student-athletes and recruiting contacts; and Regulation 13.11.1, related to prohibited activities involving tryouts.
NCAA Rules. Prior to, during, and following the Event, User agrees that it will not, and will not request any person, participant, employee, coach, booster, student-athlete, volunteer or prospective student-athlete (whether affiliated with the University or not) to, participate in any activity which might constitute a violation of NCAA or SEC bylaws or other governing athletic rules or laws. User agrees to make available for review and use by UA and its compliance officers upon request all documents and records of the Event for purposes of compliance with governing athletic rules. User further agrees to fully cooperate with UA and its compliance officers in all reasonable requests related to compliance with governing athletic rules.

  • HIPAA Rules “HIPAA Rules” shall mean the Privacy, Security, Breach Notification, and Enforcement Rules at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164.

  • Expedited Arbitration Procedures If the issue to be resolved through the negotiations referenced in Section 14.2 directly and materially affects service to either Party's end user customers, then the period of resolution of the dispute through negotiations before the dispute is to be submitted to binding arbitration shall be five (5) Business Days. Once such a service affecting dispute is submitted to arbitration, the arbitration shall be conducted pursuant to the expedited procedures rules of the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (i.e., rules 53 through 57).

  • GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION PROCEDURES 8.01 For the purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties related to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.

  • HOUSE RULES RESIDENT shall comply with all house rules as stated on separate addendum, but which are deemed part of this rental agreement, and a violation of any of the house rules is considered a breach of this agreement.

  • Expedited Arbitration Procedure The expedited procedure shall be used for either grievances involving Articles exclusively applying to temporary workers or, with the mutual agreement of the Employer and Union, for other grievances. For grievances that do not involve Articles exclusively applying to temporary workers, either the Employer or Union may request in writing that the expedited arbitration procedure be used at the time the Parties are scheduling dates with the arbitrator.

The employee or Union shall first discuss any individual complaint informally with the Director of Care or designate at the first opportunity.

  • Arbitration Procedures In the event that the employee and the School Board are unable to resolve any grievance, the grievance may be submitted to arbitration as defined herein:

  • External Arbitration Procedures Any arbitration initiated under this LGIA shall be conducted before a single neutral arbitrator appointed by the Parties. If the Parties fail to agree upon a single arbitrator within ten (10) Calendar Days of the submission of the dispute to arbitration, each Party shall choose one arbitrator who shall sit on a three-member arbitration panel. The two arbitrators so chosen shall within twenty (20) Calendar Days select a third arbitrator to chair the arbitration panel. In either case, the arbitrators shall be knowledgeable in electric utility matters, including electric transmission and bulk power issues, and shall not have any current or past substantial business or financial relationships with any party to the arbitration (except prior arbitration). The arbitrator(s) shall provide each of the Parties an opportunity to be heard and, except as otherwise provided herein, shall conduct the arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“Arbitration Rules”) and any applicable FERC regulations; provided, however, in the event of a conflict between the Arbitration Rules and the terms of this Article 27, the terms of this Article 27 shall prevail.
