Nearby and Distant Locations. (a) This Agreement shall be applicable to work on nearby locations. Producer will give advance notice to the Union as to whether or not persons subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be employed on distant locations. Producer shall not take paint and paint equipment to location to have work performed which is subject to the provisions of this Agreement without prior notification to the Local Union.
