NEGOTIATIONS CLAUSE. A committee shall be established consisting of three (3) members of the union and three (3) members from administration to incorporate all memoranda of agreement to the extent applicable, previously agreed to by the parties into the Agreement. The Committee shall meet to discuss the specific inclusions into the Agreement. The Committee shall report on its recommendations to the Union and the School Committee for consideration on or before October 10, 2012.

NEGOTIATIONS CLAUSE. 12.1 It is contemplated that matters not specifically covered by this Agreement in regards to wages, hours, and working conditions shall be subject to professional negotiations upon the mutual consent of the parties. However, subjects prohibited from inclusion in collective bargaining by law shall not be subject to professional negotiations.
NEGOTIATIONS CLAUSE. 18-1 The Committee and the Union agree that all negotiable items have been discussed during the negotiations leading to this agreement and therefore agree that negotiations will not be reopened on any items whether contained herein or not during the life of this agreement.
NEGOTIATIONS CLAUSE. No later than December 1st of the final year of this contract, representatives of the ASSOCIATION and representatives of the BOARD shall enter into negotiations for the following school year. Neither party in any negotiations shall have any control of the selection of the representatives of the other party, and each party may select its representatives from within or outside of the school district. If such agreement is not reached within the time set forth in the Civil Service Law, an impasse may be deemed to exist. Either party may request the services of Public Employment Relations Board as prescribed by Article 14 of the Civil Service Law.

  • Completion of Negotiations 14.1 This Agreement represents complete collective bargaining and full agreement by the District and the Federation with respect to wages, hours of employment, and all other terms and conditions of employment which shall prevail during the term or terms hereof. This Agreement expresses the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements between them, written or oral. Any matter or subject not herein covered has been satisfactorily adjusted, compromised, or waived by the parties for the life of this Agreement.

  • MANAGEMENT CLAUSE Except as modified by this Agreement, the Employer retains all rights of management, which, in addition to all powers, duties, and rights established by constitutional provision or statute, will include but not limited to, the right to:

  • Sunset Clause The provisions of this Section expires automatically on the expiration date of this Agreement.

  • Contract Negotiations Where operational requirements permit, and on reasonable notice, the Employer shall grant special leave with pay for not more than two (2) representatives of each bargaining unit for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings with the Employer on behalf of the Union.   • CONCLUSION OF NEGOTIATIONS A. The State and MSEA-SEIU agree that this Agreement concludes all collective negotiations during its term. Neither party will during the term of this Agreement seek to unilaterally modify its terms through legislation or other means which may be available to them.

  • Scope of Negotiations ‌ The District and SEIU/FPSU agree to negotiate those items as prescribed by law.

  • Review Clause Taking account of the volume of trade in agricultural and fishery products between the Parties, of their particular sensitivities, of the rules of the Community common policies and of the policies for agriculture and fisheries in Serbia of the role of agriculture and fisheries in the economy of Serbia, of the consequences of the multilateral trade negotiations in the framework of the WTO as well as of the eventual accession of Serbia to the WTO, the Community and Serbia shall examine in the Stabilisation and Association Council, no later than three years after the entry into force of this Agreement, product by product and on an orderly and appropriate reciprocal basis, the opportunities for granting each other further concessions with a view to implementing greater liberalisation of the trade in agricultural and fishery products.
