Network Charges. In exchange for the network services and value added --------------- services to be provided hereunder, NETSTREAM will be paid the following for Modems accepted by AOL, without taxes (all prices are quoted in Brazilian reais):
(a) [*] for the Modems comprising [*] (the "Base Price").
(b) [*] per Modem per month for the Modems comprising the [*] (the "Base Price"); provided, however, that [*]
(c) The above pricing will only apply in the event that [*] from Netstream. Should AOL choose to [*], NETSTREAM reserves the right to [*].
(d) The Base Price paid to NETSTREAM shall include all costs relating to the management of the dial-up network, including but not limited to: (a) the network circuit requirement (DS-3), a LEC circuit requirement of 1 PRI/T1 per [*] Modems, and a backhaul requirement of 1 T1 per [*] Modems; (b) recurring LEC circuit charges; (c) recurring backhaul circuit charges; (d) amortization of all one-time circuit installation fees; (e) analog POTs lines; (f) site maintenance; (g) recurring co-location charges; (h) co-location installation fees; (i) other one-time installation fees; (j) Modem management fees; (k) equipment lease expenses at NETSTREAM sites; and (l) the cost of any spare equipment. For purposes of this paragraph, the DS-3 requirements are as follows: Throughput Modems per DS-3 (or equivalent) ---------- ------------------------------- [*] bps [*] DS-3s shall be defined as a network circuit with a 45-megabit capacity with utilization no higher than [*].
(e) The Base Price is valid for a [*] bps service only. Each additional [*] bps increment as set forth above that is requested by AOL will result in an additional [*] per Modem per month to the Base Price. The parties agree that the network sizing assumes that backhaul and backbone circuits are sized at no greater than [*] peak utilization per individual circuit, measured as an average over recurring five minute windows.
(f) Subject to Sections 10 and 11, AOL agrees to pay all applicable goods and services taxes relating to the services provided under this Agreement as identified in the relevant invoice provided pursuant to Section 2.4, provided however, that in relation the international portion of the services the ICMS tax shall not be applied.
(g) AOL shall not be required to pay for the use of any Modem or Modem Box for any period of time during a billing cycle in which such Modem or Modem Box is inoperable or otherwise out of service.
Network Charges. Google does not charge for downloading or using Google Maps for mobile, but depending on your plan and your carrier or provider, your carrier or other provider may charge you for downloading Google Maps for mobile or for use of your mobile phone when you access information or other Google services through Google Maps for mobile.
Network Charges. 26.1 The network charges are allocated by your network provider. This component of your electricity bill covers the costs associated with the physical distribution of electricity within your network region. They include maintenance of the transformers, sub-stations, power-poles and wires within your region. This component of your electricity bill is non-negotiable and is regulated by the Australian Energy Regulator. This contains costs of both the electricity transmission provider (and the network distributors.
26.2 Network Charges can be based on an average of monthly usage, period of time and monthly peak kilowatt demand;
Network Charges. Customer, its Customer Affiliates or its subscribers shall at all times be responsible for all mobile network data or airtime charges, SMS related charges, application certification charges or marketing costs levied by cellular or wireless network and any other fees or levies related to the cellular or wireless network or other costs over which the Customer’s application is offered, as well as Customer’s own Internet access fees (collectively, the “Network Charges”). None of the fees chargeable hereunder include any Network Charges and Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Licensor, its officers, directors, agents and representatives against any such Network Charges that may be levied against them for the operation of Customer’s application(s).
Network Charges. The Distributor agrees to purchase Network --------------- services for FM subcarrier paging exclusively from CUE and to pay CUE pursuant to Schedule "B":
(a) A one-time installation charge of $____________, payable on execution of this Agreement or on the date the regional FM subcarrier transmitter commences, whichever is later; and
(b) a monthly charge of $________________.
Network Charges. The Affiliate agrees to purchase Network services for FM subcarrier paging from CUE and to pay CUE:
(a) a one-time installation charge of $ ******** payable on execution of --------- this Agreement or on the date the regional FM subcarrier transmitter commences, whichever is later; and
(b) a monthly charge of $ *******. --------
Network Charges. In exchange for the network services and value added --------------- services to be provided hereunder, AVANTEL will be paid the following for Modems accepted by AOL, as established in Paragraph 3 ("Acceptance Testing"), without taxes (all prices are quoted in Mexican pesos).
Network Charges. If specified in the Commercial Terms, the You must pay any Network Charges including penalties payable or otherwise incurred by Us attributable to the Your Premises.
Network Charges. 8.1 What are our tariffs and charges?
(a) The charges outlined in your Electricity Supply Contract include a component for the physical delivery of electricity to your premises (network charges). The charges that we pay when we buy the electricity that we supply to you include a component for network charges. We also incur costs or pay further charges in relation to the electricity metering used at your premises.
(b) If you decide to buy your electricity from a different retailer, you will still need to pay us network charges while you occupy the premises. You should make arrangements with your new retailer to ensure that the charges you pay to that retailer do not include a component for network charges, unless the new retailer agrees to pass those charges on to us.
(c) We will calculate your network charges on a “shadow pricing” basis, meaning that the charge will be equivalent to the charge you would have paid your local network service provider if your premises was connected directly to their distribution network.
(d) The charge will be taken to be calculated on a time of use basis and the network charges that we charge to you may include demand charges.
(e) We operate the embedded network under a network exemption. The conditions applicable to network exemptions can be found in the Network Guideline on the Australian Energy Regulator’s website.
Network Charges. As of the Effective Date, Client has and thereafter continues to have responsibility for all Network circuits, connectivity, management and applicable fees for telephony and connectivity relating to the VBO and ASP Services. Should Client require FIS to provide Network, FIS will provide a quote of actual costs plus a ***** management fee. The parties may enter into one or more Statements of Work or addenda under this Schedule for such additional Services relating to Network.
