New Employee Training. The District and the Association recognize and value the importance of training for new employees hired or transferred to a new position. The parties agree to work collaboratively to develop a new employee-training program. Bargaining unit members acting as trainers shall be recognized and supported as part of the ongoing staff development program. A trainer of a new employee shall receive additional pay upon approval of the administrator and an Administrator for Human Resources.
