UNION REPRESENTATIVES AND ACCESS. 25.1 A written list of the Union Business Representatives assigned to service this Agreement shall be furnished to the Company immediately after their designation and the Union shall notify the Company of any changes in the list which occur from time to time. 25.2 Duly authorized Business Representatives of the Union shall be permitted at reasonable times to enter the Plants covered by this Agreement for the purpose of transacting Union business and observing conditions under which employees are employed. 25.3 The Business Representative must first secure approval from the proper Company representative upon entering a facility, and the Business Representative may not unduly interfere with employees’ work at any time. 25.4 Company may make reasonable designation of controlled-access areas. 25.5 Company shall designate a portion of an existing bulletin board at each site to be used by the Union for posting of official notices of meetings and similar matters relating to official Union business. The Union shall not post any material that involves labor disputes, internal Union debates on elections, or any material that is derogatory to any Company employee, the Company, or its affiliates, customers or suppliers.

UNION REPRESENTATIVES AND ACCESS. Section 1 Union representatives shall be admitted to University premises to transact legitimate Union business. Access shall take place at reasonable times provided such visits are pre-arranged with the Director of Employee and Labor Relations or designee. Such visits shall not interfere with the work duties of any employee, and shall not take place in an employee’s work area. Such visits shall not be for the purpose of organizing nor dues collection. For purposes of this Article only, employees' rest periods and meal periods are considered non-work time. Section 2 The above limitations shall apply during the employee’s regular working hours only. Section 3 The University may designate a University representative to accompany the Union representative on all visits.

UNION REPRESENTATIVES AND ACCESS. Authorized representatives of the Union shall be allowed access to the remote locations of the Employer to inspect or investigate opera- tions of the Employer with respect to compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Union may appoint a Xxxxxxx for any event; however, the Company will be informed of such Xxxxxxx appointment. As is otherwise required by the National Labor Relations Act, each Employee has the right to form, join, or assist the Union without fear of penalty or reprisal and each Employee shall be protected in the exercise of that right. Shop Stewards appointed by the Union shall have the right to act for the Union in the capacity of a representative, and the right in that capacity, to present the views of the Union to the Employer without fear of discrimination and/or retaliation.

  • UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS 30.01 Duly authorized full-time representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the Co-operative for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented. 30.02 The interview of an employee by a Union Representative shall be permitted, after notifying the General Manager or their designated representative, and shall be: (a) carried on in a place within the Co-operative's premises designated by management; (b) held whenever possible during the lunch period; however, if this is not practical; (c) held during the regular working hours; time taken for such interview in excess of five (5) minutes shall not be on Co-operative time unless with the approval of management; (d) held at such times as will not interfere with service to the public.

  • Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • List of Union Representatives The Union agrees to provide and maintain an up-to-date list of all Union Representatives (including Union Stewards, Union Executive, Grievance Committee, Labour/Management Committee and Negotiating Committee) to the Director of Human Resources or designate.

Carrying out of: (a) a feasibility study aimed at assessing, costing and testing the options to maximize benefits to be derived from the use of treated wastewater produced from the Greater Tunis area and transferred to rural areas; and (b) an assessment of degraded lands susceptible to being improved through the use of treated wastewater for agricultural purposes, and for adapting and mitigating the impact of climate change. 2. Development of pilot schemes to demonstrate the value and benefits to be derived from the use of treated wastewater to preserve and intensify agricultural production systems on degraded lands. Part C: Institutional Strengthening and Sensitization to Environmental Issues and IPA Methodology 1. Strengthening the capacity of institutions involved in implementation of the Project at the national, regional and local levels including RCADs and ADGs through the provision of logistical support, technical advisory services and adequate training programs. 2. Strengthening the CCU’s capacity to manage the Project efficiently including ensuring adequate monitoring and evaluation, and compliance with all safeguard measures related to implementation of the environment and social protection framework. 3. Development and execution of a communication and sensitization action plan aimed at raising awareness on environmental themes and IPA methodology.

  • Representatives of the Parties WRCOG’s Executive Director, or his or her designee, shall serve as WRCOG’s representative and shall have the authority to act on behalf of WRCOG for all purposes under this Agreement. The AGENCY hereby designates XXXX XXXXXXXXX, DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION, or his or her designee, as the AGENCY’s representative to WRCOG. The AGENCY’s representative shall have the authority to act on behalf of the AGENCY for all purposes under this Agreement and shall coordinate all activities of the Project under the AGENCY’s responsibility.   • Representative Access (A) The state agrees that designated Union Representatives shall have access to state controlled premises where employees are employed. (B) If any area of the state’s premises is otherwise restricted to the public, permission must be requested to enter such area and such permission shall not be unreasonably denied. Access shall be during the regular working hours of the employee and only for the purpose of investigating an employee’s grievance.
