  • Termination of Contracts Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has sent or received any communication regarding termination of, or intent not to renew, any material contract or agreement referred to or described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus or filed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement, and no such termination or non-renewal has been threatened by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by any other party to any such contract or agreement.

  • SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The following Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) shall supplement and/or amend the General Conditions of Contract (GCC).Whenever there is a conflict, the provisions herein shall prevail over those in the GCC.   • REPORT OF CONTRACT USAGE All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided in Microsoft Excel 2003, or newer (or as otherwise directed by OGS), to the attention of the individual shown on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, Award Number, Contract Number, Sales Period, and Contractor's (or other authorized agent) Name, and all other fields required. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template without acquiring the approval of the Office of the State Comptroller or the Attorney General.
