Common use of New Hire Orientations Clause in Contracts

New Hire Orientations. The Hospital will provide the Union delegate access to newly hired employees at the time of their regularly scheduled hospital-wide orientation for the purpose of introduction and orientation to the Union. The Union delegate and new employee will be allowed one-half (1/2) hour unpaid time at a mutually-agreed time during the orientation session to introduce the Union contract to the new employee.
