New Hire Orientations. During the initial new hire orientation, the union representative shall be given thirty (30) minutes to meet separately with the new hire(s). The City shall provide the union with a new hire’s classification and job department before the initial new hire orientation or as soon thereafter as administratively feasible. The parties agree that revocations of authorized payroll deductions may be given to the City or the Union and either party shall notify the other within ten (10) working days. The authorization of dues and fees payroll deductions shall be in a form prepared by the Union and approved by the City.
