New/Revised Classes. Effective October 1, 2007, new and revised classifications will be established at the negotiated salary range: 0759 Supply Specialist 2 SR 20 Implementation Procedure for New and Revised Classifications. Effective October 1, 2007, all employees will retain their current salary rate in the new classification except that those employees whose current rates are below the first step of the new range shall be moved to the first step in the new range and a new salary eligibility date of October 1, 2008 will be assigned. Employees who are reallocated to a lower salary range classification and whose current salary exceeds that of the new salary range shall be red circled until the new classification catches up with the employee’s existing salary.

Effective July 1, 2017, or on the first (1st) of the month following the date of ratification of the new Agreement, all employees will retain their current salary rate in the new range except that employees whose current rate is below the first (1st) step of the new range shall be moved to the first (1st) step in the new range and a new salary eligibility date will be established twelve (12) months later.   • New or Revised Classifications The Employer shall provide at least twenty-five (25) days' notice and will meet and confer with the Union over any new or revised classification specification, if requested by the Union. The Union may propose alternatives to the Employer proposed changes during the twenty-five day period. The Employer shall negotiate with the Union on other classification issues as required by State personnel law.

  • Corresponding Class of Reference Tranches With respect to (i) the Class M-1 Notes, the Class M-1 Reference Tranche, (ii) the Class M-2 Notes, the Class M-2 Reference Tranche, (iii) the Class M-3A Notes, the Class M-3A Reference Tranche, (iv) the Class M-3B Notes, the Class M-3B Reference Tranche and (v) the Class B Notes, the Class B Reference Tranche.

  • New Classification Should a new position or new classification be created within the Bargaining Unit during the term of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union will decide the rate of pay.   • COVERED CLASSIFICATIONS All employees shall be subject to post-Accident testing under this Agreement. All employees who perform Safety-Sensitive Functions, as defined in this Policy, shall be subject to reasonable suspicion testing.

  • Participating Class Members The Administrator will send, by U.S. mail, a single check to every Participating Class Member (i.e., every Class Member who doesn’t opt-out) including those who also qualify as Aggrieved Employees. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-down Amounts that are allocable to Exchangeable Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to reduce the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.
